Walter Couch, 49, a native of Mobile, and for many years a member of the city
fire department, died Saturday at his home, 451 St Joseph St after a long illness.
The funeral took place Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev Father
Michael Henry officiating. The burial was in catholic Cemetery. Deceased is
survived by his wife and two sons.
